CLEAR will fund Climate-aligninfrastructure and growth businesses while working towards the achievement of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.

He ultimately hopes to raise more than $ 350 million for investments in sustainable infrastructure and businesses, which will create at least 100,000 new jobs, connect more than a million people to electricity for the first time and prevent 100 million. tons of carbon emissions.

It is expected that CLEAR will initially be established as a private vehicle, but designed and capitalized for vehicle registration within three years of final closing.

The initiative will respond to growing demand from domestic and international investors for sustainable investment opportunities that can help close the infrastructure and productivity gap in Africa that would support communities sensitive to the impacts of climate change.
